Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and MrConnect Global's brands — MrCarLift, Mr Transport, Mr Hotel, Mr Tour, Mr Adventures and Mr Ticketing — by both customers and suppliers. By using this site, submitting a request, or applying as a supplier, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Who we are

MrConnect Global (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. ("MrConnect Global," "we," "us," or "our") operates as a broker, connecting customers with independent, verified suppliers across transport, hospitality, tours, adventures and ticketing. We are not the supplier of the underlying service — the ride, stay, tour, activity or ticket is delivered by an independent third-party supplier we have onboarded, not by MrConnect Global directly.

Our role as a broker

MrConnect Global generates leads, manages bookings and dispatch, performs quality control on suppliers, and provides customer support. We sit between suppliers and customers to keep both sides accountable, but we do not personally drive the vehicle, clean the room, or guide the tour — that is the supplier's responsibility, under the standard we require.

Supplier terms

By applying as a supplier and being onboarded, you agree to the following:

• Quality standard. You must deliver the service to the standard described in your application and expected by the customer. Repeated failure to maintain quality, or a single serious failure, is a breach of these Terms.
• Ratings. Customers may rate and review the service you provided. Poor performance, unresolved complaints, or safety issues can result in a negative rating being recorded against you, visible to our internal team.
• Suspension and termination. We may suspend or stop sending you leads, and may end our working relationship with you entirely, if your ratings, complaint history, or documentation fall below our standard, or if you breach these Terms. We are not obligated to give advance notice for suspensions related to safety or fraud concerns.
• Payment holds. If a service you provided is disputed, incomplete, or the subject of an active complaint, we may place your payment for that booking on hold until the matter is resolved.
• Refunds you owe. If we determine, after reviewing a complaint, that the customer is in the right — for example the service was not delivered, was significantly different from what was promised, or was unsafe — you are responsible for refunding the customer for that booking, in whole or in part as we determine appropriate. We may deduct this amount from monies otherwise owed to you.
• Documentation. You must keep your licenses, registrations, insurance, and any other required documents valid and up to date. Lapsed documentation can result in automatic suspension.
• Accurate information. Information you provide us, including in your supplier application, must be accurate. Misrepresenting your business, licensing, or capabilities is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.

Customer terms

By submitting a booking or service request through this site, you agree to the following:

• Accurate requests. Information you provide — pickup and drop-off points, passenger counts, dates, preferences, and contact details — must be accurate. Bookings based on inaccurate information you provided may be delayed, cancelled, or subject to additional charges.
• Requests are not confirmed bookings. Submitting a request (for example, through the MrCarLift request form) is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we or the relevant brand reply to confirm price, availability and schedule.
• Payment. You agree to pay the confirmed price for a booking, on the terms communicated to you at confirmation (amount, schedule, and method may vary by brand and supplier).
• Conduct. You agree to treat suppliers and their staff respectfully. Abusive, unsafe, or fraudulent conduct toward a supplier can result in your access to our services being restricted or ended.
• Reporting issues. If a service falls short of what was promised, you must report it to MrConnect Global support so we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or remedy with the supplier.

Refunds and disputes

If a customer raises a complaint about a booking, MrConnect Global will review the matter and determine, in our reasonable judgment, whether a refund is warranted and, if so, how much. Where we determine the customer is entitled to a refund, we will coordinate that refund with the responsible supplier, who is responsible for funding it as described in the Supplier terms above. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly, but our determination on a given dispute is final for the purposes of this platform, without prejudice to either party's legal rights.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms (notice period, fees if any) will be communicated to you at the time a booking is confirmed, and may vary by brand and by supplier. Where no specific cancellation terms are given, we expect reasonable notice from both customers and suppliers.

Ratings and performance

Ratings and complaint history are used internally by MrConnect Global to decide which suppliers continue to receive leads, and are not shared publicly beyond what a customer directly sees about the specific booking they made. Suppliers do not have a right to see other customers' private complaint details, though we may share a summary of the issue when explaining a rating or suspension decision.

Platform integrity

By using this site — as a customer, a supplier, or a visitor submitting any form — you agree not to: submit false or misleading information; attempt to circumvent MrConnect Global to transact directly with a supplier or customer you were introduced to through our platform in a way that avoids our fees or oversight; misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt this website; or otherwise act in a way that undermines the safety, trust, or integrity of the platform. Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services.

Limitation of liability

MrConnect Global acts as a broker connecting customers with independent, verified suppliers. While we take reasonable care in vetting suppliers, resolving disputes, and operating this website, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this site, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, a booking made through it, or a supplier's performance. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MrConnect Global harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or (for suppliers) your delivery of the underlying service to a customer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MrConnect Global (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. in the jurisdictions in which it operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own location.
