MrConnect Global (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. ("MrConnect Global," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the brands MrCarLift, Mr Transport, Mr Hotel, Mr Tour, Mr Adventures and Mr Ticketing. We take the privacy of everyone who uses this site seriously. This policy explains, plainly, what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
Information you share with us is used for one purpose only: to process the request you submitted it for. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not use it for advertising, marketing campaigns, or any purpose beyond what you specifically asked us to do. When you submit a ride request or supplier application, your device opens WhatsApp with a message addressed to us, pre-filled from what you entered. Sending it is your choice and your action. By choosing to send it, you are opting in to a reply from us on WhatsApp about that specific request only.
That conversation runs over WhatsApp's infrastructure, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Where we use the WhatsApp Business Platform to receive and respond, Meta acts as a data processor on our behalf for that message content, governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We do not control Meta's own data practices beyond the content of that exchange, and we do not authorize Meta or WhatsApp to use your information for advertising on our behalf.
You can stop messages from us at any time — tell us to stop, or block our number directly in WhatsApp.
We keep your information only as long as needed to complete the request it was submitted for, plus any period required by law (for example, accounting records). Once that purpose is served and no legal retention requirement applies, we delete it. You can also ask us to delete it sooner, as described below.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but protecting your data is something we treat as a standing responsibility, not an afterthought.

While we take reasonable care in vetting suppliers and handling your information as described in this policy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this website, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the services booked through it. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.
